WHY LLEDO AEROTOOLS
Rollers from 19 to 21 kg per unit, handled by a single operator. Towbars from 31 kg (Dauphin) and 37 kg (H160 standard). Split versions separate into two parts of 20 to 29 kg — the towbar travels on board the aircraft.
Docking of the towbar onto the nose gear by a single operator. Hydraulic lifting of the rollers by foot pumping, in a standing position. Retractable wheels, folding handles, quick wheel removal — without specialised tooling.
Mechanical fuses calibrated in traction and in turning + drawbar damper: in the event of an overload, it is the fuse that breaks, never the helicopter's landing gear. Each towbar is tested at 1.5 × its SWL for 15 minutes (CE 2006/42/EC, ISO 9667:2016, patent FR2301011).
Fuses replaceable on the apron — spares are kept permanently on the towbar. Wear-part kits in the catalogue, greasing and inspections performed by the operator. Major maintenance scheduled only every 18 to 36 months.
Low versions compatible with FLIR camera, cable cutter and refuelling probe — no removal of mission equipment. Small-wheel rollers passing under DART baskets without rotation. Split and sectional versions stowed in the cargo hold.
5 H160 towbars, 3 Puma/Super Puma towbars, 2 NH90 towbars, 6 rollers: each product sheet compares the versions — design (standard, split, folding), weight, footprint, compatibilities — to choose without error.
OUR MISSION
LLEDO Aerotools designs and manufactures its entire range for operators, airlines, armed forces and MRO providers: from the H125 to the Super Puma, from the NH90 to the AW139.
Each item of equipment is designed, manufactured, assembled and tested in France, in our Les Pennes-Mirabeau workshop: load test at 1.5 × SWL, individual CE certification plate, serial number and FR/EN instruction manual delivered with each product. No compromise on safety or on lightness.
